Cancellation & Terms

 

To ensure fair appointment availability for all clients, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will incur the full appointment fee. If the fee has already been paid, it will not be refunded. Please note that our packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and all sessions must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

If you need to cancel due to illness, a medical certificate is required to avoid the full session fee. Please email certificates to info@melbournevoicetherapy.com.au

Please be advised that despite maximum effort to achieve reamarkable results for all our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. Results will vary depending on the individual. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept that no specific results or guarantees are provided.
